This spice blend adds a delightful level of flavour to chicken, fish, meat, roasted vegetables, pasta, rice, cous cous, tagines and stuffings. Just sprinkle on and rest for up to 30 minutes before cooking, delicious in pumpkin soup and on BBQ prawns.

My Chermoula Spice Mix Recipe
2tbsp ground cumin
1tbsp ground coriander
½ tsp onion flakes
½ tsp turmeric
½ tsp cayenne pepper
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tsp parsley flakes (dried)
Combine all ingredients together and place in an air tight container.
