2 vine-ripened tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 mozzarella ball, thinly sliced
Extra-virgin olive oil or herb infused oil
Sea salt & cracked pepper
- Overlap the tomato and cheese slices on 2 serving plates in a circular pattern.
- Drizzle over a little olive oil, then season with salt and pepper, scatter over basil leaves and serve.
You can use bocconcini if desired.
