
Ingredients (serves 4)
2 punnets (200g) medley tomatoes, halved
1 punnet (250g) small truss tomatoes, sliced thinly
150g Burrata
Basil & fennel fronds for garnish
Cracked pepper
Method
Prepare all salad ingredients.
To Serve
Arrange sliced tomato on a platter or large plate. Then arrange halved tomato mixing colours around the plate. You can cut Burrata into 5 sections and arrange on the plate or place the whole Burrata in the centre of the plate. Scatter with basil and fennel fronds and scatter with cracked pepper to serve.

You can use any amount of fresh tomatoes you can find at your local market for this recipe.
